先日購入した商品が輸入規制にかかり日本に送れなくなりました。そのため商品を返品致しますので、代金の返金をお願い致します。現在、商品はMYUSという転送業者にあり、そこから返送致します。返送先の住所と名前を教えてください。宜しくお願いします。

I found out that I cannot ship the item I purchased the other day to Japan due to import regulations. So I will return it and please refund me. Now the item is hold by a forwarding company, MYUS, and it will be returned from there. Please let me know the shipping address and name. Thank you.

The item I bought the other day did not pass the import restriction, and I cannot send it to Japan. So, I want you to pay back the item charge.
