Hi, Demi. Here is why I rated the transaction as mid-level. You had described the product as brand-new, but the product I received was covered in white powder. Also, the attached leaflet was wrinkled, and therefore I thought it was a used product without question. However, it works without problems for now, so I rated the transaction as mid-level.
