After all, we have found out that the customs are difficult based on the regulations and laws in Japan.
We will return the product via TNT so please remit the amount for the product minus the shipping cost.
- Has the gel not been sent, correct?
- Is TNT handling all the shipments of the products? Or are there any other shipping carrier instead of TNT?
