TAIKO-RO is a Chinese restaurant with a long history set up by Mr. You in 1949. At about the beginning of the restaurant, following the advice of one of the clientele from Manchuria he added gyoza in his menu. Since then, it became one of the signature dishes of the restraint.
The size of the gyoza is so large as 12 cm, like a banana! You may think that big might make its taste rough. But it is very delicious; the large coating of it is soft and inside filling is very delicious with fine taste.
You can enjoy it more deliciously with the special SHOKA-RO’s C八醤(C-Par-Jan)sauce.

Taikourou is a historical Chinese restaurant, founded in 1949 by the first owner, Mr. Yu. Gyoza was added to the menu at the beginning, when it was requested by a regular customer who returned from Manchuria. Since then, gyoza has become one of the best selling menu at Taikourou.
Taikourou's gyoza is as long as 12 cm. It is huge as a banana. It tends to have a flat taste when it's this big but the seasoning is very delicate. The filling, wrapped in a large, sticky dumpling wrapper is seasoned well beforehand.
The deliciousness doubles if you dip into Taikourou's special sauce, 'Shi-Pah-Jyan'.
