After a long period of reviewing the market in Japan, I am considering granting you sole distribution in Japan.
That is if you think you can fill the gap left by the other sellers.

That is for online retail sales in Japan, and Japan only.
You may wholesale as well, however, we will market directly to HM Dealers in Japan.
The dealers would have the option to buy wholesale and sell directly to their customers as well as online - but on their own sites only.
That leaves you with ALL the online Japan markets exclusively.
Right now, you are working well on Rakuten, however, as an exclusive distributor - you would need to pick up Amazon.jp (right now there are multiple sellers competing on amazon - you would need to create a listing and soon you will be the only one left as everyone will finish their stock). You should also explore Ebay.jp (?) and other sites/ markets.
Basically, you will have to fill the gaps of all the other sellers. (so if you google the headrest in Japanese, you would find all the listing currently offered and pick up those markets)
