女の子を祝うための人形であるおひなさまを飾ります
女の子を取り囲んで、家族でちらし寿司を食べます。
このお寿司には蟹、卵、いくら、マグロ、のりなどを散らして、色鮮やかに飾り付けします
とても美味しいよ！

Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival) is one of the traditional events in Japan.
It is celebrated each year on March 3 to pray for the healthy growth of girls.
We display a set of ornamental dolls (hina-ningyō) for this celebration of girls.
Surrounding the girl in the family, everyone eats chirashi sushi (scattered sushi).
We scatter ingredients such as crab, egg, salmon roe, tuna, and seaweed to decorate the sushi colorfully.
It is very delicious!
We make fried chicken – season the chicken with soy sauce, dust it with potato starch, and fry it.
Juicy and delicious.

Our 4-year-old daughter ate a lot!
