AAAに関してですが、前回に続き今回分2台もスチールシートの部分が少し破れていました。
これでは、日本では売り物になりません。
至急、スチールシートを3枚（プラス予備分）を送って頂くことは出来ますか？

In regard to AAA, these 2 have a little tear(s) on their steel sheets like the last time. As we cannot sell them in this condition in Japan, therefore, could you urgently send 3 steel sheets (including an extra) to me? Please check the image attached.
In case you cannot, I want a partial refund.

AAA of two units which you sent me this time had a torn part in its steel sheet, as did the previous one.
It can't be sold in Japan.
Could you send three steel sheets (including an additional spare) to me as soon as possible?
