なぜ金曜日に発送されなかったのでしょうか。
今まで長い間、御社を利用していますが、前日に発送を依頼して、翌日発送されなかったことは一度もありませんでした。
1日あったのに発送されなかった理由を教えて下さい。
私は非常に困っています。
今回発送する際は、必ず同じ便で発送をして下さい。
荷物が二つに分かれると、さらに弊社への到着が送れます。
くれぐれもよろしくお願いします。
翌日に発送されなかった理由も必ず連絡して下さい。
