After we receive the returned item, we will check it and make full refund including shipping cost if there is any defects. Once I receive the item, I will check if there's anything faulty with it and if there was I will refund you including the shipping fee.
If there's nothing wrong with it please understand you are only entitled to be refunded for the cost of the item. If you would like me to refund you still possessing the item you will only be refunded for one quarter of the cost of the item ($10).
