第1条 （目的）
甲及び乙は、両当事者間における物品、物流、サービスその他の取引、研究・開発、技術・ノウハウの供与を含むがこれらに限定されない、各種業務委託関係に入る可能性を真摯に検討するため（以下「本目的」という。）、本契約に従い、本目的に関わる秘密情報（第2条に定義する）を相手方に開示する。尚、本契約において秘密情報を開示するものを「開示者」、秘密情報の開示を受けるものを「受領者」とする。

Article 1 (Purpose)
In accordance with this this Agreement, Party A and Party B respectively disclose their Confidential Information (as defined in Article 2) relating to this Purpose, for the purpose of sincerely considering the potential for the parties to have mutual contract for various business, including, but not limited to, dealing of articles, logistics, services and other deals, and provision of research & development, technologies and know-how between the parties. In this Agreement, the party who discloses Confidential Information under this Agreement is referred to as "Disclosing Party" and the party who receives Confidential Information under this Agreement is referred to as "Receiving Party".
