本日、アイテムナンバーＸＸの商品を受け取りました。ところが、この商品は、イーベイサイトでの説明と違います。説明文には、高さが7センチとありましたが、届いたカップは、高さが6センチしかありません。しかも、オークションサイトには、ロケーションがデンマークとあるのに、何故オーストラリアから届いたのでしょうか？いずれにしても、商品は返品します。後から購入した商品も同様に高さが6センチであれば、送らないで下さい。そして、送料も含めて全額返金して下さい。どちらに返送すればよいですか？

I received the item number XX today. However, this item is different from the description on eBay site. According to the description, the height was 7cm, but the cup I received is only 6cm high. Additionally, location was stated as Denmark in the auction site, but why did it come from Australia? Anyways, I'll return the item. Please do not send the items I ordered after that if they are only 6cm tall, too. And please make full refund including shipping cost. Where should I return it to?

I would like a refund because something different from what is explained in eBay has been delivered (item number: XX). The cup is supposed to be 7cm in height, whereas it is 6cm. Also, why was it sent from Australia although it was to be sent from Denmark? Please do not send what I have ordered if they are 6cm as well, and I ask you for refund including shipping fee from my place. Where shall I send it back?
