The item has arrived; do you remember I sent you an email regarding the postage? You charged me £ 21. According to the invoice attached with your signature, however, only £ 11 was paid by you for the postage. Although considering some of it can be your commission, it is TOO MUCH. I received the item. Do you recall my e-mail regarding the shipping cost few days ago? I was billed ￡21 for shipping but the actual shipping cost was about ￡11 with signature confirmation. I think double the actual shipping cost is too much even considering some handling fee. Please explain this again. Best Regards,
