アイテムが届きました。数日前送料の件でメールした事覚えていますか？送料の請求は21￡でしたが、実際の送料は署名付きで約11￡でした。手数料があるとしても倍の送料は高すぎます。もう一度説明してください。宜しくお願いします。

I received the item. Do you recall my e-mail regarding the shipping cost few days ago? I was billed ￡21 for shipping but the actual shipping cost was about ￡11 with signature confirmation. I think double the actual shipping cost is too much even considering some handling fee. Please explain this again. Best Regards,
