容姿は青紙の長髪ですが、半人半獣であるため満月の夜になると緑髪になり角も生えてきます。

Kamishirasawa Keine is a boss character that appears in Touhou ~Imperishable Night. She's a "Wa-hakutaku," and lives in a village.
She usually has a long blue hair, but since she's half human and half beast, on the night of the full moon her hair turns green and she'd grow a pair of horns.
This is a distinct characteristic of a Wa-hakutaku, and her character and abilities change as well.
In her case, when she's human she is very calm and serious, but when she turns into a beast she becomes a war freak and would be difficult to negotiate with.

能力であるEating historyとは歴史を隠し認識できないようにする能力です。
原作ではそこにあるはずの村が、霊夢や魔理沙の目から見ると無かったと認識してしまう状態になってしまう。
この能力は実際に村を消したのでは無く、村を無かったと歴史を書き換える能力である。
しかし実際に無くなったわけではなく、慧音よりも強い妖怪が見るとそこに村がはっきりと見えます。
逆に獣人の状態での能力はCreating historyです。

In the base story, a village that's supposed to be there will be perceived as non-existent in the eyes of Yuumu and Marisa.
This isn't an ability to make the village vanish, but changes the history itself for the village to have never existed.
But since the village didn't actually vanish, if a beast stronger than Keine will look, the village can be seen clearly. On the other hand, her ability as her beast version is "Creating history."
