日本へ直送ではなく、転送業者に発送しているようです。

日本へ直送して頂ける場合は、追加送料をどのように支払えばよいか、
電話ではなく、メールで教えて頂けますか？

According to the email I received and my page on Amazon.com, my goods have been shipped to a forwarding agent in Oregon; they seem to be sent to Japan via Oregon. I hope you check what is going on now and write me back soon.
Plus, can you let me know how much money I will have to pay for my goods to be directly sent to Japan by email, not telephone?

I can not handle English orally, so contact by phone call is not possible. Do you have any Japanese speaking staff?
Mail posted at my page on Amazon.com advised that the ordered item had been dispatched to a forwarder in Oregon. It seems that you shipped it to the forwarder, not to me here in Japan directly. Please check the status and let me know by return.
If direct shippment to Japan is still possible, please let me know how additional shipping charge should be paid. As said earlier, I prefer e-mail communication rather than phone call.
