日本へ直送ではなく、転送業者に発送しているようです。

Mail posted at my page on Amazon.com advised that the ordered item had been dispatched to a forwarder in Oregon. It seems that you shipped it to the forwarder, not to me here in Japan directly. Please check the status and let me know by return.

If direct shippment to Japan is still possible, please let me know how additional shipping charge should be paid. As said earlier, I prefer e-mail communication rather than phone call.

The first part of this translation is very odd.
e.g. "I can not handle English orally" --> I cannot speak English. (Even a machine translation would have told you that)
You have used some very strange phrases and a few sentences are difficult to understand.
