２極化していると思います。
世界の数学コンテストで入賞する学生もいる一方、学力が低下している学生も増えていると思います。
塾に通ってる子には変化はないと思いますが、勉強の習慣が増え、学力が上がると思います。
勉強以外の専門性を高めていきたい学生にしてみればデメリットに感じると思います。
全てを一律に強要すると、他の才能を伸ばすことを阻害するのでフレキシブルに対応するべきだと思います。
自分で問題解決をする力をつけるような授業がいいと思います。

I think it has been polarized.
Some students win a prize in world math contest, on the other hand, students with lower academic ability is increasing.
I assume it would not cause any impact to those students who attends cram school, but it would provide more study habit that will lead to improve an academic ability.
It could be a disadvantage for students who wants to develop their non-academic expertise.
I think it should be in flexible term because it could hold back their ability development when they are enforced in a single way.
I think a coursework that will provide them a problem-solving ability is good.

I think that children who learn in ｃram schools now don't change,but if children who don't go to cram schools, they will study more and their academic achievements will improve.
The students who want improve ｓpecialities other than study may think it is a disadvantage.
