If any of the details require updating simply go to Services, click on Members, choose My Account, then My Details, and update Personal Details.

In addition to any automated checks that we have already conducted, please assist us in this verification process by faxing or emailing a copy of either your passport or identity card. Alternatively for most documents you can use our online verification by visiting the Know Your Customer section within Members.
