元払いであるならば、商品代金送金時に発送料金分を上乗せし入金いたします。
着払いが可能で、料金も変わらないのであれば着払いでお願いします。
ダンボール箱が２個になってしまうのは仕方がないようなので、梱包に関しては御社にお任せします。

About the shipping cost, you can only send prepaid and not by collect?
If it's prepaid, I'll add the shipping cost when making the payment for the amount of the item.
If you can arrange it by collect with no additional cost, please arrange it.
I guess the only way is to send in two cardboard boxes, so I'll leave the packaging up to you.
