10. Waiver
10.1 Cecilio can exercise any right it has against Dealer even if it may not previously have exercised that right or it may have excused Dealer from

Look and feel

The stock black rubber band looks simple and minimal, and goes well with pretty much any outfit. The actual tracker can easily be taken out and swapped with different bands for those wanting some variety. It’s almost exactly the same size as the Fitbit, but has a softer, rounder shape compared to the Fitbit’s sharp, square features.

The Mi Band is comfortable to wear and I barely noticed it for the duration of the time I’ve been testing it, which includes while sleeping and showering. The Mi Band is water resistant, but not waterproof. That means you can shower with it, but I probably wouldn’t take it into the swimming pool.

Mi Bandの着け心地は良く、就寝中もシャワーを浴びている時も着けていたが、試用期間中ほとんど着けていることを忘れていたぐらいだ。 Mi Bandは撥水加工されているが、防水ではない。従って、シャワーの時に着けていても大丈夫だが、プールで泳ぐ時には外した方がいいと思う。

I found the gesture for activating the three LED lights to be quite tricky at times. If you don’t do it just right – move your hand from a hanging position at your side to a wristwatch posture in front of your body – it won’t light up at all. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get just right, and it’s a bit inconvenient from a sitting position.

The tracker seems well-made and durable, which is not something I’m accustomed to saying about Xiaomi products. The accompanying band might need replacing after a few months, though.

トラッカーはよくできていて、耐久性がありそうだ。この点はいつものXiaomiの製品に対する私のコメントとは異なる。だが、付属のバンドは数か月後に替える必要があるかもしれない。

　ちょっとしたメールやWebブラウザの使用、音楽などの再生といったことで、パソコンを起動しなくても良いことから、外で、ネットブックやMacBook Airを鞄から取り出してというのもありでしょうが、ポケットからさっと取り出すiPhone 3GSで十分という人も増えるんじゃないかな？。



　ただし、auのなら田舎の山間部の人気のないところでも見通しがよければ通話ができた場所でも、ソフトバンクは圏外です。

I think more people will just take out an iPhone 3GS from their pocket to send a simple mail, use a Web browser or play music rather than taking out a netbook or a MacBook Air from their bag.

But you have to note that SoftBank doesn't cover many deserted mountain areas where you could make a phone call by au as long as they are with good visibility.

GS450ｈの方がシャープな感じでLS600ｈは威風堂々、好みでしかない

ビッグマイナーと言われ確かに変わったがモデル末期なので古さが若干ある

装備に不満は無いが、ステアリングがもう少し小径なら良かった。

マークレビンソンを付けたが思ったほど音質の良さが感じられない。

25万ほど掛かっているけど価値があるか疑問・・・

GS450ｈ looks sharp, while LS600ｈ looks graceful. It totally depends on your taste.

They surely seem to have been changed after this big minor change, though they still have some outdatedness because they are on the last stage of the model.

I won't complain about the equipments, but it would be better if the steering wheel　were smaller.

I installed a Mark Levinson, but I cannot feel much difference in the sound quality.

I highly doubt if it's worth JPY 250000.

[Engine Performance]

Fully satisfied with the 5,000 overwhelming power.

It costs basically over JPY12,000,000, and nearly JPY15,000,000 in total.

I am not sure if it's worth that cost.

I , to be honest, feel it is expensive.

[General Comments]

I replaced GS450h with this because I needed more space in the backseat, but GS450h was much more satisfactory for a driver.

I don't think it is fair it has poorer equipment than the new GS450h though they insist that this is the flagship.

I desperately want a Head-Up Display.

２月に納車され、２ヶ月乗っての感想です。





【インテリア】

質感はまずまず、このクラスとしては上質だと思います。

ただ運転席まわりの収納スペースの数が少ないのにビックリしました。

以前の車だと、運転席まわりに５～６カ所の収納スペースがあったのですが、この車の場合は２ヶ所？ぐらいです。

シートの質感は良いです。ただリアシートはリクライニング機構がありません。固定です。

あと、時計が付いてないのと、外気温計が無いのには少しビックリしました。

I've been driving this car for 2 months since this February when it was delivered.

[Interior]

The texture is good enough; of good quality considering the car's grade.

However, I was quite surprised at the lack of storage spaces around the driver's seat.

My previous car had 5-6 places to store things, while this car has only about 2 places.

The texture of the seat is good, but the backseats are fixed and don't recline.

Besides, It was a bit shocking that there are no clock and an outside air temperature indicator

私は様々な条件が自分の目的にピッタリあった車だったので買ってからも満足感が高いです。が、この車でないとダメという人以外には、買うなら新型を待ったほうが良いかなと思います。フィット３ベースの新型シャトルがいずれは出るでしょう。そうなれば、エンジンはＤＯＨＣ、ハイブリッドモーターは高出力、ギアはＣＶＴを凌駕するＤＣＴなど魅力は一挙に向上するでしょうから現行シャトルを慌てて買う必要の無い人は「待ち」だと思います。

I am fully satisfied with this car because it has many elements that live up to my purpose. But I recommend you should wait for a new model unless you really have to get this very model. I think a Fit 3 based new shuttle will be released, and it will be much more attractive with a DOHC engine, a higher powered hybrid motor, or a DCT gear superior to CVT. It would be better to wait if you don't need to buy the present shuttle right now.
