Chinese internet giant Tencent (HKG:0700) has today announced the opening up of its Tencent Cyberlaw Research Center and accompanying website. It boasts a team of experienced legal practitioners and researchers – of whom more than half have doctorates – who will write, lecture, and co-operate on national and global issues relating to e-commerce, online gaming, IP law, security and hacking, and internet-related competition law.

In an announcement that should probably be filed under “common sense,” the Beijing Police want you to know those sketchy websites that offer you all the personal details connected to a state ID number in exchange for 5 RMB ($0.78) are actually illegal. Information — like addresses, phone numbers, photos, and more — that is associated with a state ID address isn’t actually public, and it’s certainly not supposed to be for sale.

Skillshare is an online marketplace for offline classes. When we spoke to the startup in May, a month after it launched, more than 100 users had posted classes about everything from crocheted jewelery to how to invest your first $10,000. Eight months later, thousands of teachers have used Skillshare to teach more than 15,000 hours of classes. A few have even quit their jobs to teach Skillshare classes full-time.

We’re pretty sure that the mobile, local version of Craigslist will gain traction in 2012. We’re just not settled on which one yet. Zaarly and TaskRabbit both allow users to find someone nearby to complete odd jobs. Zaarly also lets people request items like a reverse eBay. Both are liable to gain traction in 2012.

I would like to introduce ”Electrical Gripper”, wafer hand used for solar battery or semiconductor.　Conventional wafer hand does transport with an object on the wafer.However when a wafer becomes larger, there raises a problem. The wafer moves due to the acceleration or the inertia moment during transportation.
So, we are suggesting the transport system while vacuuming objects using electricity.
Solar battery wafer is very thin, so it is carefully transported adjusting vacuum.
In a conventional vacuuming method, there happened to leave a vacuum mark on it or crack the wafer if it is thin.
