この度、私が販売した新品の商品が中古の疑いがあるとクレームが来ていると聞きました。
私が新品として販売している商品は全て新品です。
商品が手元に無いので、詳細はわかりませんが、外箱に擦り傷や、へこみ等、ダメージがあり、中古商品だと言うクレームが入った可能性があるのではと思っております。

I heard a customer made a complaint that the item I sold as brand new was thought as a second hand item.
I’m selling items marked as brand new only when they are NEW.
I’m not sure the condition of item in detail as I don’t see it at the moment, however it would be supposed that the cause of this complaint could be the box got some damage, such as a dent or scratch marks, and so on.
