元気ですよ～…と言いたい所ですが、私はまだ病院のベッドの上です。早く退院したいですが、まだ当分入院していなくてはならないようです。
毎日リハビリが2時間半程あるんですが、嫌で仕方ありません。心臓の負担を減らすため、飲水制限があるのですが、なかなか守るのが厳しいです。

コンテスト入賞おめでとう！
凄いですね。素晴らしいじゃないですか!!
流石です。この調子で大前進していって下さい。

Although I want to say that I am well, I’m still lying on the hospital bed. I hope to be discharged from hospital and not get admitted for a stay.
My rehabilitation session lasts about 2.5 hours daily. I dislike it but I have no choice. In order to reduce the burden on my heart, I have to strictly adhere to the limit in which I consume water.

Congratulations on getting an award for the contest! So awesome and marvellous!!
It’s a meteor. Please maintain this momentum and move ahead with huge strides.
I will root for you from the bottom of my heart.
