お世話になります。
先日、弊社のやめた従業員宛に添付の書面が届きました。
この書面で初めて税金の未納分があることを知りました。

アマゾンのアカウントおよび、メールアドレスはやめた従業員が管理をしており
VATの未納分があることは本当に知りませんでした申し訳ございません。
辞めた従業員からメールの情報を聞いて、メールを読んだところ
多額のPenaltyが加算されていることがわかりました。

本税は融資を受けてすぐに支払う意思があります。
ただPenalty分の金額は支払う能力がありません。

We received the attached note to our employee already resigned the other day.
We just knew that there is an unpaid tax with this note.

Our resigned employee was managing our account of Amazon and email address, so we really didn't know about unpaid VAT. We apologize for it.
We heard about the details in the email from our resigned employee and read the email, and we found that large amount of penalty was added to it.

Regarding to this tax, we're pleased to pay soonest through receiving a loan.
But regretfully, we don't have the ability to pay for the amount of penalty.
