お世話になります。
先日、弊社のやめた従業員宛に添付の書面が届きました。
この書面で初めて税金の未納分があることを知りました。

アマゾンのアカウントおよび、メールアドレスはやめた従業員が管理をしており
VATの未納分があることは本当に知りませんでした申し訳ございません。
辞めた従業員からメールの情報を聞いて、メールを読んだところ
多額のPenaltyが加算されていることがわかりました。

本税は融資を受けてすぐに支払う意思があります。
ただPenalty分の金額は支払う能力がありません。

The other day, we had a document to your left staff.
We realized there is not paid tax in the document.

As the left staff took in charge for the Amazon account and mail address,
we apologize as we had not known there was not paid tax left of VAT.
When read a mail from the left staff,
we found there is a big amount of Penalty added.

We are intending to pay this tax by funding as soon as possible.
However, we are not able to pay all the amount of the penalty.
