The chains in the box are the right chains. The chain was made in our
store and packaged to ship with your saws. I packed them personally and
know they are the right ones. Husqvarna has back ordered all chain and
bars for this saw until sometime in March. I made the chains off the roll
we had so that we could send you the saws which we had bars for. We have
had the 20" bars come in but no saws have came in as of now.
I appoligize for the inconveince, as I have been out for 3 weeks with the
Flu and have been working from home very sick. I appoligize for the
problems that have occurred and I hate that we are going to loose your
business.

箱の中のチェーンがまさにそのチェーンです。そのチェーンは私たちの店で作られたもので、刃と一緒に梱包して発送されます。私自身が梱包しましたのでそのチェーンが正しいものであることを確認しています。Husqvarna は入荷待ちで、こののこぎりのチェーンと持ち手もみな同じ状態です。チェーンだけは現在すでにあるものから別にしてありますので、持ち手がそろい次第お送りします。20インチの持ち手はありますが、現在のところ刃がそろっておりません。
ご迷惑をおかけしておりますが、インフルエンザで3週間留守にしており、現在もまだ非常に体調が悪いながらも家から仕事をしています。問題が起きておりましたらお詫びいたしますし、ビジネスに支障が出るようなことは避けたいと思っております。
