The chains in the box are the right chains. The chain was made in our
store and packaged to ship with your saws. I packed them personally and
know they are the right ones. Husqvarna has back ordered all chain and
bars for this saw until sometime in March. I made the chains off the roll
we had so that we could send you the saws which we had bars for. We have
had the 20" bars come in but no saws have came in as of now.
I appoligize for the inconveince, as I have been out for 3 weeks with the
Flu and have been working from home very sick. I appoligize for the
problems that have occurred and I hate that we are going to loose your
business.

箱に入っているチェーンは正規のものです。店で作り、荷造りしました。私自信が荷造りしたので正規品で間違いありません。ハスクバーナは3月分迄のチェーンとバーの在庫はあります。我々はバーを持っていますがソーを貴方に送る為にチェーンを外しました。バーは20個届きましたが、ソーはまだありません。ご迷惑をおかけしてすいません、3週間インフルエンザで職場から離れ家で仕事をしていましたが状態は良くありませんでした。起こった問題については謝罪いたします、貴方とのビジネスを失う事を恐れています。
