The chains in the box are the right chains. The chain was made in our
store and packaged to ship with your saws. I packed them personally and
know they are the right ones. Husqvarna has back ordered all chain and
bars for this saw until sometime in March. I made the chains off the roll
we had so that we could send you the saws which we had bars for. We have
had the 20" bars come in but no saws have came in as of now.
I appoligize for the inconveince, as I have been out for 3 weeks with the
Flu and have been working from home very sick. I appoligize for the
problems that have occurred and I hate that we are going to loose your
business.
