I have received 4 units of 346XP and an 18" bar in Japan.
However the saw chain was not contained in its original box, and its pattern number is not mentioned anywhere. It came wrapped in vinyl packaging material and it is likely to not be a new article.
Under this conditions, I am unable to do business with you.
Your replies are too slow, as usual. In fact you only reply when I mention filing a customer complaint against you on PayPal.
It is simply unsatisfactory. Can you please consider my feelings under this situation.
I am sincerely hoping that you will show me some sincerity.
