[Urgent] This is an important email.
Four of 346XP and Four of 18”bar arrived in Japan.
However saw chain is not in the original box and there is no model number written.
They were just wrapped by some plastic sheet. I am concerned of the possibility that they are acually used ones.
This is absolutely not acceptable.
Also your email reply is delayed. You only reply me when I indicate of claiming to Paypal. I am very uncomfortable about this situation.
I really hope you understand my feeling.
Your sincere attitude would be greatly appreciated.
