But of course there can be some improvement: for example, customers should be able to cancel orders in the ‘manage order’ section, and see the final amount of money that should be transferred. Also, canceling a transaction on the ‘my order’ page is hard to find since the site only has a small button near the currency selection – which can be confusing. Future improvement also should include a mobile app; yes, there is a mobile website, but kids prefer apps to bookmarks and browsers.
