在クロアチア日本大使館より回答が有りました。
セレモニーへの代理出席について、問題無いとのことです。

ただし賞状、賞品の類は受け取れないとの事でした。
必要であれば、セレモニーの後に私の方までお送り頂ければ幸いです。
※デジタルデータでもやり取りでも結構です。

大使館側の担当者はMr.Miyazakiです。
セレモニー当日について、直接打ち合わせをお願いします。

クロアチアは私にとっても憧れの場所であります。
今回の参加は適いませんが、いずれ訪問できる時を楽しみにしております。

There is a reply from the Embassy of Japan in Croatia.
They say it is no problem for attendance on substitution.
However, any of certificate or prize cannot be received.
If in need, it will be greatly that you will send me right after the ceremony.

Person in charge at the embassy side is Mr.Miyazaki.
Please be sure to hold a previous arrangement before the ceremony.
Croatia is fascinated country for me.
I am not able to attend at this time but I would like to make a visit in the future.
