在クロアチア日本大使館より回答が有りました。
セレモニーへの代理出席について、問題無いとのことです。

ただし賞状、賞品の類は受け取れないとの事でした。
必要であれば、セレモニーの後に私の方までお送り頂ければ幸いです。

大使館側の担当者はMr.Miyazakiです。
セレモニー当日について、直接打ち合わせをお願いします。

クロアチアは私にとっても憧れの場所であります。
今回の参加は適いませんが、いずれ訪問できる時を楽しみにしております。

There was a response from Croatia embassy in Japan.
There was not problem to attend the representative at the ceremony.

However, they told us that they cannot receive the certificate and gift.
If necessary, I appreciate if you send them to me after the ceremony.
*You can correspond by digital data.

The person in charge for the embassy is Mr Miyazaki.
About on the ceremony day, please prepare directly with him.

Croatia is my admirable country too.
I cannot accompany with you this time, but I am looking forward coming there in the future.
