ご連絡が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
写真を確認しました。
入出荷のときにミスが起こり誤って出荷されてしまいました。
現在在庫を確認したところ注文された商品の在庫がなく、一週間後くらいに入荷があるのですがどのようにいたしますか？

①返品と正しい商品の再発送をする

②返品と返金のみをする

上記からご希望をお聞かせ下さい。
また返品の際に送料はどのくらい掛かりますか？

Please accept my apologies for the late response.
I have checked the photo now.
There has been a mistake during the shipment/delivery process and the item has been shipped in error.
Having checked the stock, the ordered item is out of stock at the moment and will be available in approximately a week - what would you like to do?

1. Return the item and re-ship the correct item.
2. Just return the item and get a refund.

Please advise which of the above 2 options you prefer.
Also, can I find out how much would the return postage cost?
