写真を確認しました。
入出荷のときにミスが起こり誤って出荷されてしまいました。
現在在庫を確認したところ注文された商品の在庫がなく、一週間後くらいに入荷があるのですがどのようにいたしますか？

①返品と正しい商品の再発送をする

②返品と返金のみをする

上記からご希望をお聞かせ下さい。
また返品の際に送料はどのくらい掛かりますか？

When I confimed the present stock, I found out that the item you had ordered is out of stock. It will be delivered in about a week or so. What would you like me to do?

1, You will return the item and I will ship out the correct item.
2, You will return the item and I will reimburse you the money.

Please let me know which of the above is preferable for you.
Could you also tell me how much the shipping when you return the item?
