この商品ですが、先週、配送業者のUPSから連絡がありました。この商品は日本に輸入出来ないので、御社に返品になると言われました。UPS側で返品の処理は全て対応すると言われました。返金の処理をお願いします。また、私が対応しなければいけない事があれば教えてください。ご返答お願いします。
