正直なところ、前回納品分のセンダン材（Melia）につきましては、
反りや割れがひどく、概ね30％は不良品で出荷することが出来ませんでした。
弊社といたしましては、初回のお取引との事もあり、GALAさんに請求するつもりは
ありませんが、今回のオーダーにつきましては、前回のような事が起きないように
丁寧な制作をお願いいたします。
日本のお客様に納得いただける様な商品を提供して、
GALAさんの売り上げにも貢献できるように頑張ります！

To be honest with you, among those timbers (Melia) which were delivered last time, we couldn't sell about 30% because there were many warped or split products. Since that was the first business with you, we did not intend to claim loss to GALA. However we do hope that you produce them more carefully for this order, so that there should be nothing like the previous problem.
We will continue to do our best so our Japanese customers are happy and also we can contribute to GALA's sales!
