アカウントの登録住所はアメリカでレンタルした住所です
アメリカからシンガポールに向けての発送ラベルを作成しましたが、
支払いの段階でクレジットカードが拒絶されました。
日本のクレジットカードは使えませんか？
私のような外国人が発送ラベルを作成し、支払う方法はありますか？

I opened an account the other day.
I am Japanese and I live in Japan.
The registered address on my account is the one I rented in US>
I created shipping label from US to Singapore, but the credit cared was rejected when making payment.
Is it impossible to use Japanese credit card?
Is there any way to create shipping label and make payment for a foreigner like me?
