By signing and returning this Position Statement, the dealer hereby agrees that all information contained herein, as well as all information to be provided to the dealer about Cabela's pricing and agreements with its dealers and agents, are confidential information of Cabela's. The dealer further agrees to maintain said confidential information in the strictest of confidence and not to disclose said confidential information to third parties.
