Some of these dual use items will require an export license prior to shipping. Cabela’s will make every effort to expedite the processing of export licenses. Normal license application processing time may take up 60 days for an approval through the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). If the export license is not approved, Cabela’s cannot proceed with shipping the restricted items.

Cabela’s includes a destination control statement on all commercial documents. As an international dealer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you also comply with US government export control laws and regulations as well.
