本件について新たな問題が発生しました。

私たちが送った3つのパッケージが空港に到着していますが、航空貨物運送状（AWB）が1通しか発行されていないとお客様から指摘がありました。

AWBが1通だけだと通関税はパッケージごとに分かれて算出されず、全部まとめて請求されます。
彼らはパッケージごとに通関税を確定させる必要があると言っています。

要望通りに発送されていないので、彼らは私たちの負担で再度3通のAWBで送り直すよう求めています。

Regarding to this issue, there're new problem now.

3 parcels we sent already reached at airport, but according to our customer, only 1 AWB was issued so far.

If there is only 1 AWB, tariff will not be charged per parcel, but will be charged wholly.
They said that they need to fix tariff as per each parcel.

Because the shipment was not arranged as per their request, so they asked us to send 3 AWB again for them under our responsibility.
