本件について新たな問題が発生しました。

私たちが送った3つのパッケージが空港に到着していますが、航空貨物運送状（AWB）が1通しか発行されていないとお客様から指摘がありました。

AWBが1通だけだと通関税はパッケージごとに分かれて算出されず、全部まとめて請求されます。
彼らはパッケージごとに通関税を確定させる必要があると言っています。

要望通りに発送されていないので、彼らは私たちの負担で再度3通のAWBで送り直すよう求めています。

A new problem has happened.
Even though three of our packages have been arrived at the airport, our customer pointed out there is only one AWB has been issued.
Only one AWB, the toll tax won't be calculated in each package, all will be claimed together.
They say the toll tax has to be completed on every each package.
The shipping can not be made without customer's requested, they demand us to re-make three AWBs each at our responsibility.
