本件について新たな問題が発生しました。
私たちが送った3つのパッケージが空港に到着していますが、航空貨物運送状（AWB）が1通しか発行されていないとお客様から指摘がありました。
AWBが1通だけだと通関税はパッケージごとに分かれて算出されず、全部まとめて請求されます。
彼らはパッケージごとに通関税を確定させる必要があると言っています。
要望通りに発送されていないので、彼らは私たちの負担で再度3通のAWBで送り直すよう求めています。

A new problem has occurred about this.
Three packages we had sent arrived at the airport. But our customer reported that only one AWB has been issued.
If only one AWB has been issued, customs duties of customs clearance is not calculated for each package, and all are charged together.
They say that the customs duties of customs clearance should be calculated by each package.
If they are not sent as requested, they are asking us to send again by three AWB at our responsibility.
