本件について新たな問題が発生しました。

私たちが送った3つのパッケージが空港に到着していますが、航空貨物運送状（AWB）が1通しか発行されていないとお客様から指摘がありました。

AWBが1通だけだと通関税はパッケージごとに分かれて算出されず、全部まとめて請求されます。
彼らはパッケージごとに通関税を確定させる必要があると言っています。

要望通りに発送されていないので、彼らは私たちの負担で再度3通のAWBで送り直すよう求めています。

Another problem has occurred about this issue.

3 packages that we shipped out has arrived at the airport.
However, our customer says there is only one Air Way Bill issued.

With one AWB, custom duties are calculated not by each package and are charged in a lump sum.
Our customer says that the duties need to be determined by each package.

As the packages were not shipped as they wanted, they demand that we should ship them with 3 different AWB again at our cost.
