・A社と同様のデータ連携体制を構築するには既存システムの追加開発が必要でコストと工数が発生する。そのため、早期課題解決の観点でB社が採用しているフローを導入した。

・システムAとB間でデータは毎日自動連携される。

・システムAとB間でデータは週に一度手動で連携される

・週の間(一週間)にシステムAに入力されたデータは、翌週の月曜日にシステムBに連携される。つまり、データ連携頻度は週に一回です。そしてシステムBに転送されたデータを元に工場に対する発注がかかり、工場側は生産を開始する。
