備考: 商品の取り扱い説明書の問合せです。設計図の記号が間違っているのか、説明書が間違って部品も不足しているかわからない為、問合せします。

いつもお世話になっております。
御社の商品A123を購入された顧客より、取扱説明書の不備について問合せがありました。
組立制作図では、↑の印がついている部品があるのですが、記号の説明書とパッケージの中にある部品には、
↑の印がついたものがありません。
組立設計図に記載している記号が間違って記載されているのか、記号の説明書に↑の記号抜けていて、部品も抜けているのか、至急調査してください。
制作できずに顧客が大変困っておられます。
できるだけ早い返答を御待ちしています。

A customer bought your item A123 had a contact with us the problem concerning the instruction manual. According to the assembling manual, there is a part with marked with ↑, there is no parts in package along with manual including the marks used.
Please do as soon as possible for looking into whether there's a mistake for putting marks in assembling manual or missing the certain mark in manual and also for part itself.
There is customer who cannot assemble and make them annoyed.
Urgently work for this situation, please.
