弊社も、支払いの懸念がある為、
現在、小田さんの会社とは一切取引していません。

現在、小田さんの会社がどのような状況かも、不明です。

過去にも、支払いの遅延等があるのであれば、
小田さん側の支払い条件に従うのでは無く、
工場側の支払い条件を通した方がいいかと思います。
