弊社も、支払いの懸念がある為、
現在、小田さんの会社とは一切取引していません。

現在、小田さんの会社がどのような状況かも、不明です。

過去にも、支払いの遅延等があるのであれば、
小田さん側の支払い条件に従うのでは無く、
工場側の支払い条件を通した方がいいかと思います。

いいアドバイスが出来ず、申し訳ございません。

We don't know the situation of Mr.Oda's company now as well.

We think it's better not to follow the payment term of Mr.Oda's side, but to follow it of factory side if there's payment delay in past.
