このサイズは日本メーカーでも実績のあるサイズなので、LxWxHのバランスは良いと思います。

パウダーについては、フィルム成型での使用実績は無く、
効果がどの程度あるのか不明なので、通常のファイバーを提案します。

パウダーを入れると圧力が高くなるので、通常品とパウダーの両用は難しいと思います。
流量を下げるなどすれば可能かもしれません。
