プランBはプランAの代替のプラン（予算を削減するため）であり、プランAのコンテンツはプランBのコンテンツを包括しているので両方受けることの意味合いはあまりありません。

You can’t choose the both plan A and B.

Plan B is an alternative to plan A (to reduce the budget).
So that it’s not necessary to get both because A has included the plan B’s contents.
